Avalon Emerson is from the desert. While she currently lives in Berlin, the music she produces comes from the dreamlike expanse and abstract textures of the Sonoran landscapes of Arizona. Her journey has taken her from that sunbaked state to the contemporary dance music mecca via a long stint in San Francisco, where she cut her teeth as a DJ in the city's storied warehouse party scene. In her DJ sets and productions now, she offers a timeless narrative that reflects a passion for the sound design of new wave, the futurism of techno, the soul of American house and the exuberance of rave. Though she's built up steam in 2015 from multiple sets at Panorama Bar, and globetrotting all around Europe and North America, she's just getting started, and continues to outdo herself with original productions released on labels like Shtum, Spring Theory, Icee Hot, and her own DJ tool edit pool, the Cybernedits series.

NSDOS can’t restrain himself to existing technological tools and softwares, he prefers creating his own mediums: futurist instruments made of old audio converters (carte son), Gameboy emulators, pieces of metal dismantled and weld together giving form to surreal machines. Surrounded by his hybrid tools, NSDOS unravels the rectilinear anatomy of techno music. Textures are exploded, sounds mutilated, and brought back to their essence. After three maxis, Lazer Connect in 2013, Female guest in 2015 both signed on Parisian music label Clekcleckboom Recordings and Money Exchange published in 2016 on his label Standalone Complex, his new album, Intuition, intervenes as the completion of his organic vison of music. Inspired by meteorological stations and according to a principle of « bio feedback », NSDOS surveyed the movements of nature, turned into data before translating them into sounds, textures and rhythms.

Belgian producer SKY H1 turned many heads with her EP ‘Motion’ last year. Her joyful, dreamlike productions intoxicate and seduce. With a delicate touch and fine ear for details, SKY H1 blends eerie melodies, chopped up vocal samples, dark synth clouds and sparse drums, producing a sound that’s intensely beautiful, melancholic and pure zen at the same time.
