Sigmasix

SIGMASIX is a Geneva - based experimental studio combining a large spectrum of practices with a focus on lighting design, scenography, museography and installations. Each project is seen as a new take on existing technologies, interactive strategies, and a new opportunity to merge techniques and art to offer unique and exceptional experiences. The studio’s ambition is to repurpose technologies to spaces and objects. It does so with an extraordinary capacity in integrating technicalities to the point of dilution where perception breaks down to the core of the concept. Initiated in 2004 by Swiss artists Eric Morzier and Florian Pittet, SIGMASIX works both on art and research projects as much as commercial and consulting ones. Today, the studio has a small team of five people and works with a vast network of freelancers and interns to make sure all project and ideas are aligned with each and every client’s needs.
